Overview

A white-label, multi-tenant platform that gives each bus operator its own branded, installable booking app for passengers, a back office for its staff, and a platform console that runs onboarding, commissions and invoicing across all of them.

Baraka Bus Booking lets a bus company sell seats online without building software. Passengers reach the operator on the operator's own address and see only that brand — logo, colours, fonts and menu — in a progressive web app they can install on the home screen, where it keeps the operator's name and icon. They search departures, pick a seat on the coach layout, pay, and receive a QR ticket that stays readable offline; they can review or cancel a booking under the operator's own policy, and a refund request opens a dispute rather than an unanswered email.

Operator staff work in a back office that covers the fleet and its seat layouts, stops, routes, fares and recurring timetables, which generate the departures themselves. Delaying, moving or cancelling a departure notifies exactly the passengers affected, and the crew checks travellers in against the trip manifest by scanning the ticket. Behind all the tenants, the platform console onboards new operators, holds each commercial contract as a version rather than an edit, and closes every month into per-operator statements and invoices.

Seat inventory is held by database-level constraints and row locks, not hopeful application checks, so two passengers cannot buy the same seat; unpaid holds expire on their own after ten minutes. Every tenant-scoped query carries its operator's identity, which is derived from the request host or the signed-in staff account and never accepted from the caller. Payment runs through Baraka Pay's hosted checkout, and money is stored in integer minor units with an explicit currency.
