Underneath, a deterministic and versioned matching engine scores candidates against roles and explains every score, so trust doesn't depend on a black box. Interviews, offers and talent intelligence round out the recruitment workflow, and role-based access keeps agencies, in-house recruiters and hiring managers each working within their own permissions.
