Baraka Immo brings property discovery in the DRC onto one trusted platform. A mobile-first progressive web app puts the map at the centre of search — houses, apartments, offices, warehouses, plots, farms and land, for sale or to rent — with filters that cope with local addressing realities and place names spelled more than one way. The interface speaks French, English, Lingala and Swahili.
Behind the marketplace, agencies onboard their agents, identity and company documents are verified privately, and every listing passes a risk-based approval workflow rather than a simple on/off switch. Media is scanned and held in object storage, saved searches raise alerts, buyers and agencies talk through an in-app inbox, and administrators work with audited moderation tools and two-factor sign-in.
